A reservation may be cancelled free of charge no later than 72 hours before the agreed vehicle pickup time. If cancelled within the last 72 hours before pickup, or in case of a no-show, the company reserves the right to charge a fee up to the full reservation amount or any prepaid portion. Cancellations must be submitted by email or phone as listed on the website. The time of receipt during business hours applies.
