If violations of the rules and conditions occur, they have the right to return the vehicle. Attention: - The vehicle cannot be used for paid transportation of people or goods - The vehicle cannot be used for any races, speed tests, driving instructions - The vehicle cannot be used for illegal purposes - The vehicle must not be used under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or barbiturates and other conditions - The vehicle cannot be used if it has technical problems, is overloaded or its registration is terminated - The vehicle cannot be used for passenger transport, for hire or reward - The vehicle cannot be used outside of motorways or serviced roads Aleksandar Rent a car accepts no responsibility for any breach of these terms Minimum rental period: 1 (one) day Age requirements: The minimum rental age is 26 years for all car groups There is no maximum rental age. Cross-border policy: Cross-border rentals are allowed in all countries in Europe. Green card is not provided. Must have a green card application. Driver's license: Driver must have held a valid driver's license for at least 2 (two) years and no driving bans. Your written cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours notice prior to the rental start date. A cancellation fee will be charged. After-hours Policy: After-hours service is permitted with prior arrangement. Roadside Assistance: 24/7 Assistance is available to you. Our emergency center will receive your call and an agent available 24/7 will immediately focus on you, trying to assist you in the best way possible. Additional Drivers: Additional drivers are free of charge. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. A maximum of 1(one) additional driver is permitted. Deposit: The deposit depends on several factors such as the age and driving experience of the user for all car groups. When renting a car, you will need to leave a local deposit, this deposit is also intended to cover your excess, which is your maximum liability in case of damage to the car during the rental period. You will be required to pay for any damage, including tires and windshields, that occurs to the rental vehicle up to the excess amount.
